전주여자고등학교는 IB 교육의 안정적인 운영을 위해 교원의 전문성 개발에 지속적으로 노력하고 있습니다. 
2025년, 본교에서는 IB Certificate in Teaching and Learning(IBEC)을 이수한 교원 3명을 배출하였으며, 이는 단순한 연수 참여를 넘어, IB의 철학과 교수·학습 원리에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로 실제 수업에 적용할 수 있는 전문 인력을 확보하는데 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 

특히 DPC/CAS 코디네이터, TOK 코디네이터, EE 코디네이터가 포함되어 있어, DP Core 전반을 안정적으로 운영할 수 있는 기반이 마련되었고, 이를 통해 본교는 IB 프로그램의 질적 실행을 뒷받침할 수 있는 충분한 전문 인력을 갖추었으며 향후 협력적 계획과 수업 개선을 통해 학생들의 탐구 기반 학습 경험을 더욱 강화할 계획입니다.  

Jeonju Girls’ High School has continuously invested in the professional development of its teachers to ensure the effective implementation of the IB programme.
In 2026, three teachers successfully completed the IB Certificate in Teaching and Learning (IBEC).

This achievement represents more than participation in professional development; it reflects the school’s capacity to develop educators who possess a deep understanding of IB philosophy and pedagogical approaches, and who are able to apply these principles in classroom practice.

Notably, the certified teachers include the DPC/CAS coordinator, the TOK coordinator, and the EE coordinator, ensuring strong leadership and expertise across the DP core components.

Through this, the school has established a solid foundation of qualified professionals capable of delivering high-quality IB education and strengthening inquiry-based learning through collaborative planning and reflective practice.
