저는 키오스크의 도입에 반대합니다.

키오스크는 ‘신문, 음료 따위를 판매하는 매점’ 이라는 단어로 정보서비스 및 업무의 무인화, 자동화를 통해 대중들이 쉽게 이용 할 수 있는 무인 단말기라는 개념으로 변하고 있습니다. 특히 한국에서는 키오스크가 늦게 수입되었기 때문에 대부분이 터치스크린이 탑재된 안내기기나 무인 주문기를 가리킵니다. 

제가 키오스크의 도입을 반대하는 첫번째 이유는 키오스크가 사회적 약자를 배려하지 못하 고 있다는 것입니다. 키오스크를 도입하였을 때 비교적 어린 나이부터 스마트폰, 컴퓨터와 같은 전자기기를 접하고 전자기기를 가까이 두고 생활 한젊을 나이대 의 사람들은 큰 무리 없이 편리하게 키오스크를 이용하고 그것의 도입을 환영할 것입 니다. 하지만 그 외의노인 및 장애인, 어린 이 등 에게는 키오스크의 사용이 어려워 오히려 곤란 해지는 경우가 있습 니다. 이런 점에서 키오스크 는 사회적 약자를 배려하 지 못하고 그들의 일상 서비스 접근성 을 떨어뜨릴 수 있기 때문에 저는 키오스크의 도입을반대합니다. 

두번째 근거는 바로 키오스크가 일자리 감소를 이끌어갈 것이라는 것입니다. 사용자의 입장에서 봤을 때 최저임금이 증가하면서 인건비 부담이 커지고 있는데, 키오스크와 같은 자동화 기기를 도입하는 것이 인건비를 절감시키는 대안이 될것입니다. 또한 키오스크가 매출을 증대시키는 효과가 있다는 연구결과도 존재합니다. 이처럼 사람을 고용하는 것보다키오스크를 도입하는 것이 더 효율적 이기 때문에 일자리는 점점 감소하게 됩니다. 키오스크 는 인간 노동의 상당 부분을대체할 수 있기 때문에 결국에는 일자리가 크게 감소하여 ‘잉여 인간’이 많이 발생하게 될 것입니다. 

이런 점에서 저는 키오스크의 도입을 반대합니다.

Especially in Korea, kiosks were imported late, so most of them refer to guide devices with touch screens or unmanned orders. The first reason I oppose the introduction of kiosks is that they are not caring for the socially disadvantaged. When Kiosk is introduced young people who live close to electronic devices such as smartphones and computers from a relatively young age will easily use them and welcome their introduction. However, for the elderly, the disabled, and children, the use of kiosks would be difficult. In this regard, I oppose the introduction of kiosks because they are not considerate of the socially disadvantaged and may reduce their access to daily services. 

  The second reason is that the kiosks will lead to job losses. From a user's perspective, the increase of the minimum wage is increasing the burden of labor costs, and introducing automated devices such as kiosks will be an alternative to reducing labor costs. There is also a study that shows that kiosks have an effect of increasing sales. As you can see jobs are increasingly reduced because it is more efficient to introduce kiosks than to hire people. Kiosks can replace a significant portion of human labor, which will eventually lead to a significant reduction in jobs, resulting in a large number of "surplus humans."

  In this regard, I oppose the introduction of kiosks.
