In addition, another problem for foreign workers in Korea is that they are created by structural problems in addition to the foreign manpower policy. In the case of illegal foreign workers, a long-term stay is inevitable because many have a desire to earn a targeted amount of money, including entry fees. In addition, the mass production of crimes due to their maladjustment to society and social stigma, organized violence, and prostitution caused by various kinds of violence or illegal acts based on compliance with the laws of their home countries will have a huge impact not only on themselves but also on Korean society. However, the most serious thing is the possibility of their illegal activities. First of all, their illegal remittance is a clear violation of the positive law in that they usually use pseudonymous and borrowed-name accounts in addition to the fact that they are the source of the national wealth. Also, as research has shown, as their level of dissatisfaction or the need for interest groups increases, the potential for collective action increases. Collective actions and social movements of illegal foreign workers have been steadily taking place over the past 10 years, and even in each country, associations at a rudimentary level have already been formed. They can cause a labor movement, etc., and the labor movement in a state where the three labor rights are not guaranteed, as well as lowering the competitiveness of the Korean economy, can cause various social and human rights issues and conflicts between countries. against it.

나는 외국인 노동자의 고용에 반대한다. 외국인노동자들이 필요해서 데려온 사람은 자영업자나 중소기업 사람들이다. 외국인노동자 폭증 현상으로 인해 이득을 보는 사람은 외국인노동자 본인, 열악한 환경에 싼 값으로 외국인노동자를 부려먹을 수 있는 고용주, 영세고용주들의 표를 얻는 정치인 정도이다. 노동운동의 관점에서 보더하도 경재가 성장하고 주요국이 되면서 자연스럽게 상승해야 될 노동자, 특히 단순노동자들의 대우가 그 자리를 값싸게 대체할 수 있는 외국인노동자의 존재로 인해 저해되는 문제점이 있다. 또한 국내의 외국인노동자의 또다른 문제점은 외국인 인력 정책 외에도 구조적인 문제점에 의해 생성되는 면도 매우 크다. 불법 외국인노동자의 경우 입국내용을 포함한 목표한 돈을 벌어가겠다는 생각이 많기 때문에 장기간의 체류가 불가피한 실정이다. 또한 이들의 사회부적응에 따른 범죄의 양산과 본국의 법 준수성을 기준으로 하는 각종 폭력이나 위법행위들에 의한 사회적 낙인, 조직폭력, 매춘 등은 이들 자신 뿐 아니라 한국사회에도 커다란 파장을 미치게 된다. 그러나 무엇보다도 심각한 것은 이들의 불법행동 가능성이다. 우선 이들의 불법적인 송금은 국부의 유츌이라는 측면 이외에도 이들이 대체로 가명, 차명 계좌를 사용한다는 점에서 엄연한 실정법 위반이다. 또한 연구 과정에서 드러난 바와 같이 이들의 불만 수준이나 이익 단체의 필요성이 증가함에 따라 집단 행동의 가능성이 늘어나고 있다. 이미 지난 10여년 간 불법 외국인 노동자들의 집합 행동과 사회 운동이 꾸준히 일어나고 있으며 각 국가별로도 이미 초보적인 수준의 결사체는 결성된 상태이다. 이들은 노동 운동 등을 일으킬 수 있으며 노동삼권이 보장되지 않는 상태에서의 노동 운동은 우리 경제의 경쟁력 저하는 물론이고 각종 사회 문제나 인권 문제, 국가 간 마찰을 일으킬 소지가 있기 때문에 외국인 노동자 고용에 대해 반대한다.
