토론 주제: 키오스크를 도입하여야한다.

의견: 찬성 

저는 키오스크 도입을 찬성합니다. 그 이유는 먼저 키오스크를 도입한다면 사람들이 편리해질것 입니다. 왜 그렇게 생각을 했냐면 키오스크를 사용하면 대기시간과 처리시간이줄어들고, 사람보다 정확한 주문 처리가 가능해 사람들에게 편리함을 줄 수 있습니다. 또한 타인과 대면하는 것을 꺼리고 직원의 방해 없이 홀로 쇼핑을 즐기고 싶은 사람들에게 편리할수있습니다.  두번째 이유는 최저임금이 오르면서 자영업자들의 부담이 늘어가고 있는데, 키오스크를 도입한다면 인건비부담이 감소하게 되기 때문입니다. 실제로 생과일주스 프랜차이즈점에서 1.5명에 달하는 인건비를 줄임으로써 총 236만원이 절감되는 효과를 보여주었습니다.  그리고 상권쇠퇴와 경제심화, 원재료비, 임대료 상승등으로 어려움을 겪고 있는소상공인이나 자영업자들에게 경제적인 도움을 줄 수 있습니다. 또한 다국어 지원이 가능한 카오스크의 경우에는 외국인도 쉽게 이용할 수 있어서 공항이나 병원에서는 이미 사용되고 있습니다. 다양한 정보 검색이 가능한 키오스크는 사람들이 원하는 정보를 실시간으로 제공해서 생활을 편리하게 해줍니다. 재방문 손님의 경우에는 기존의 자료를 이용해서 원하는 메뉴를 빠르게 찾을 수 있게 하거나 메뉴를 추천할 수 있어서 소비자에게 맞춤형 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

I agree with the introduction of kiosks. The reason for this is that if we introduce kiosks first, people will be more convenient. The reason why I thought that was because using kiosks reduces waiting time and processing time, and allows people to process orders accurately. It can also be convenient for people who are reluctant to face others and want to enjoy shopping alone without disturbing the staff.  The second reason is that as the minimum wage rises, the burden on self-employed people is increasing, and the burden on labor costs will decrease if Kiosks are introduced. In fact, it showed a total of 2.36 million won in savings by reducing labor costs to 1.5 people at fruit juice franchises.  And it can provide economic help to small business owners and self-employed people who are suffering from the decline of business authority, economic deepening, raw material costs, and rising rent. In addition, in the case of kaosk, which can be supported in multiple languages, it is already used at airports and hospitals because it is easy for foreigners to use. Kiosks, which can search various information, make life easier by providing information that people want in real time. For repeat visitors, existing materials can be used to quickly find the menu they want or recommend menus to provide customized information to consumers.
