Let’s Enjoy The Mixed Subjects Experience Festival!

Last August 13th and 14th, the freshmen and sophomores took part in the mixed subject experience festival. The festival was divided into math, science, creativity, and humanities. The part of math’s experience included decibel, solving cord, Tesalration, kaleido cycle, Sierpinski triangle, and String art. The part of science was divided into the experience of drone, stick bomb, electrical glider, LED bulb air freshener, hologram, and hot air ballon/plastic. The section of creativity was divided into korean history 3D pen, the change brand names used words of loanword, the corona19 fake news, and social issues campaign/popcorn. Lastly, the experience of humanities took charge of the english play.

Introducing some popular booths in festival, the booth of science which took charge of LED bulb air freshener was the most popular one. It was mixed with water, ethanol, oil of scent, color liquid, and crystal balls. The crystal balls used there was as small as 1/10 of the nail. However, if you pour in the bulb contained crystal, its size would be bigger because it absorbs water. Accordingly it roles such as air freshener.

Another popular one was the solving cord of math. To solve the cords, students needed two sheets of paper that the booth gave. One of paper was written by many cords. And another was written by korean above the cords because they have to solve the cords. After students looked at the first paper that was marked shapes of the cords, they looked for the same cord and combined the koreans.

Next is the creativity’s booth. When you enter into the gym, you could smell gusty small. It was the smell of popcorn that the booth made. This booth sold the popcorns. And another booth was locating in the name of korean history 3D pen. Here the students made shapes which were made by 3D pen on the paints. The paints were the pictures of Mugunghwa, Taegeukgi, and great people like to Kim-Gu and Yu-Gwansun.

Finally, the booth of human’s culture was also popular. The students looked at the menu written by languages of various countries, then checked the two or three blanks, guessing the drinks. This booth gave the drink mixed into two drinks. The kinds of drinks were coke, sprite, aloe juice, tomato juice, Makcole (it’s like mixed beer and coke), and Hutgae, one of the types of herbal tea. While waiting for the drink that they chose, they enjoyed the word game guessing right the word. The student who drank the mixed drink looked as if they were embarrassed. Other students who watched the situation checked the blanks, being nervous.

Through these booths, the students could have fun and interest in subjects.
