전주영어체험학습센터 가족체험 프로그램 안내
□ 개요
1) 일시: 2023. 6. 6.(화) 09:30~13:00
2) 대상: 전주시에 거주하며, 전주 관내 초등 4~6학년에 재학 중인 자녀가 있는 가족
가) 가족당 최대 4명 신청(보호자는 최대 2명) 가능
나) 자녀의 친구 동반 신청 가능
(※ 미취학 아동은 참여 대상에서 제외)
3) 참가 가족 수: 4인 기준 총 24그룹 가족, 총 96명 내외
(6개 반 운영, 밀집도 최소화를 위해 반별 16명 내외 구성)
4) 비용: 무료(전주영어체험학습센터 전액 지원)
5) 장소: 전주영어체험학습센터(전주시 덕진구 건산로 205)
□ 신청 안내
1) 신청 인원: 96명 내외, 가족 단위 신청
(최대 4명 이내 신청 가능, 개인 신청 불가)

□ 선발 및 참가 안내
1) 선정 방법: 선착순 선정 (※ 예비 5그룹 가족 선발)
2) 참가자 선정, 통지 및 참가 안내: 2023. 5. 19.(금) 16:00
개별 통지 및 센터 홈페이지 공지사항에 탑재
(※ 참가 확정 이후 특별한 사유 없이 불참 시, 추후 센터 프로그램 참여 제한)
□ 프로그램 운영 방법
1) 체험 중심의 수업 과정 8개 운영(아래 프로그램 세부 내용 참조)
2) 가족당 8개 중 3개의 수업 체험
3) 반 배정은 당일 현장 접수를 바탕으로 배정
(※ 반별 수업이 정해져 있으며, 당일 현장 접수 시 시간표 확인 후 반 선택)
4) 반별로 4개 가족(16명 내외) 참여
5) 프로그램 종료 후 간편식 제공
6) 프로그램 운영에 필요한 최소 인원 미달 시 행사 취소
