A mild earthquake has rattled parts of Haida Gwaii.
Natural Resources Canada says the 4.1 shaker hit moments before 7 p.m. last night and was centred about 68 kilometres south of the Village of Queen Charlotte.
It was triggered at a depth of 10 kilometres and Emergency Management B.C. says it was not strong enough to spawn a tsunami or cause damage or injury.
The Natural Resources Canada website says the quake was lightly felt in Queen Charlotte and Skidegate.
