Purpose of juvenile law is to help a teenager to grow wholesomely. Also, in juvenile crime, laws or juvenile individual problems don't be caused.

It is irresponsible measure not to get rid of the root cause and to strengthen the punishment.

Because it was easy to be exposed to a crime type on the Internet, punishment for teenagers should be different to punishment for adults.

So, to prevent juvenile crime, in school or domesticity, teenagers need to education which can strengthen their desirable character.
