안녕하세요 저는 오늘 저의 희망진로인 호텔리어에 대하여 발표를 하도록하겠습니다.  호텔리어란 직업은 크게 6가지 정도로 나눌 수 있는데요. 가장 많이 랄려진 객실부, 호텔의 음식을 담당하는 식음료부, 조리부 그리고호텔의 마케팅을 담당하는 세일즈& 마케팅부, 예약부, 연회부 등이 있습니다.

많은 부서들 중에 제가 소개 시켜드릴 부서는 판촉부입니다. 판촉부는 새로운 거래처를 개발하고 관리하며 모든 부서와 긴밀하게 일하는 부서입니다. 판촉분는 크게 세가지로 나뉘는데요. 객실판촉, 연회판촉, MICE판촉으로 나뉩니다. 

판촉부가 하는 일은 기존의 거래처 관리 또는 새로운 거래처 개발, 고객 유치를 위하여 호텔 투어 실시, 경쟁사 분석 등이 있습니다.

Hello, I would like to announce today my preferred course, the hotelier.  The occupation of Hotel Lear is divided into six main categories: the most well-known guest room department, the food department, the cooking department, the sales and marketing department, the reservation department, and the banquet department.

Among many departments, the department I will introduce is the sales promotion department. The sales promotion department is the department that works closely with all departments while developing and managing new business partners. Promotional items can be divided into three main categories. It is divided into guest room promotion, banquet promotion, and MICE promotion. 

The sales department's work includes managing existing customers or developing new customers, conducting hotel tours to attract customers, and analyzing competitors.
