First of all, Jules, the main character, was a person who became a successful CEO at a young age.  Then Jules suddenly hired an elderly intern, but it turned out that he was too busy to work, so he accidentally approved an idea, and the Senior Intern Communication Program approved the hiring of a senior employee.  But Jules didn't remember this.  He got to work for an old man anyway, but at first he was very low-key, so he didn't adapt well.  Also, Jules was so busy with work that he was neglecting his family.  Then an old man came in and thought it was inefficient, so he didn't like it, but he gradually began to open up Jules' heart as he gradually released his life's wisdom and deep know-how.  But suddenly after that, the old man was assigned to another department.  So Jules went to catch him again.  Older people understand the grievances of other employees well.

 He is respected by his staff as he listens to troubled counseling as a human being.  For that reason, the elderly have become indispensable in the company.  When I first started the intern movie, Jules looked like a great CEO who had grown the company, but he was a sensitive and sometimes picky boss.  But Jules learns from the old man how to meet and communicate with the old man and how to deal with the staff, that he needs to know how to look back and not just run.

 After watching this movie, I was able to look back on the things I had done, and it also gave me courage.
