When I first saw the title of the movie, I naturally thought it was about young people working as interns. So it felt strange that Ben, the main character, became an intern even though he was old. Watching this movie, I came to think about the job problem of older people in an aging society. In the meantime, I came to think that many companies should hire a lot of elderly people, as shown in the movie. However, as I thought, there seem to be a lot of negative views about hiring older people that they don't think they're going to do well. So it was understandable that Jules didn't like Ben at first. And Ben's situation, which received such negative views, was also regrettable. I thought it was great that Ben continued to manage himself and carry out his work faithfully. And I felt that Ben became not only an intern but also a friend to Jules through his advice and help as a senior in life to his boss Jules. Unlike the first time, Jules seemed to have lost his prejudice by showing Ben his honesty. After watching the movie, I thought that other people with prejudice against hiring the elderly, like Jules, could break the prejudice, and I also reflected on that prejudice. And I hoped that all older people would get equal jobs as soon as possible.
