뜻을 세운다는 것은 목표를 선택하고,      그 목표에 도달할 행동과정을 결정하고,   그 목표에 도달할 때까지 결정한 행동을   계속하는 것이다. 중요한 것은 행동이다.

To will is to select a goal, determine a course of action that will bring one to that goal, and then hold to that action till the goal is reached. The key is action.
