　We all know that education is the essential and invaluable driving force of creativity. We all know that education is necessary for a progressively high tech industrial society. Yet education is not just the simple relay of skills and knowledge from one generation to another. Education is the synchronized interplay of knowledge, action, and morality. Education, this kind of education, promotes knowledge that is technical and civilized, strong and virtuous. This kind of education; the education promoted by the Kangho Institution Foundation, creates holistic men and women in harmony with heaven and earth.

　From my childhood I have dreamed of teaching students, and I have an unshakeable commitment and belief in our education philosophy. I believe this philosophy of education will synchronize knowledge with action. I believe this creates realistic and progressive goals and ensure the promotion of a creative and technical education.

　I was in my fifties when I resigned my university professorship and returned to Gochang, my hometown. Here I founded Kang-ho Aviation High school. And here in Gochang, my belief in education supports and advances our nations technical and national development.

　Our school is set upon four virtues: strength of spirit, sincerity, beauty, and creativity. It is our desire to nurture students who are strong-willed, sincere in their actions, sensitive to what is tasteful and beautiful, visionary, and creative industry.

　Students who enter through the gates of Kangho High School are students who are ambitious, and who dream passionately about their future. Their ambitious and dreams are precious to us, and we promise to support them diligently.

　Our students will be valuable contributors to the society of the future, to our country, and to our homes. So, let's do our best; let this place strengthen our wings, and here may we learn to soar and to fly.
