Stay beautiful 아름답게 있어줘

but don't stay down underground too long 하지만 땅속에 너무 오래 있지 마

Don't turn into a mole 변하지 마, 두더지로

or a worm 또는 지렁이로

or a root 또는 뿌리로

or a stone 또는 돌로

Come on out into the sunlight나오렴, 햇빛이 있는 곳으로

Breathe in trees나무들과 함께 숨쉬고

Knock out mountains산이 되어보고

Commune with snakes뱀들과 교감하고

& be the very hero of birds그리고 새들의 히어로가 되고

Don't forget to poke your head up 잊지 마, 너의 머리를 드는 것을,

& blink 눈을 깜박이는 것을,

Think 생각하는 것을.

Walk all around 주위를 걸어봐

Swim upstream 위로 헤엄쳐봐

Don't forget to fly 그리고날아오르는 걸 잊지 마
