Both singer-actresses Suzy and Sulli have modeled for brands which have now been taken over by actress Park Shin-hye.

Suzy modeled for E-Land Group’s apparel brand ROEM before Park took over in January this year.

While maintaining her long-running contract with French accessory brand Agatha, Park recently began modeling for Austrian jewelry maker Swarovski for the new season this fall. Sulli, a former member of S.M. Entertainment’s K-pop group f(x), had modeled for the brand before.

Although it may only be the matter of contract expiry dates, due to Park’s increasing presence following her on-screen roles in popular TV dramas such as “The Heirs (2013),” “Pinocchio (2014)” and “Doctors (2016),” it almost seems as if the brands made strategic judgment calls.

Meanwhile, it appears that Suzy has nothing to worry about as the French jewelry house Didier Dubot opted to ink a deal with her in February replacing Gianna Jeon, or Jeon Ji-hyun, a highly recognized Korean actress with the 2015 President’s Accolade under her belt.

Sulli has recently taken on a role with clothes brand Thursday Island.
