I've been thinking about the past when a gender-famous speaker on the stage has been harassing someone in the past, I remember bullying someone, and I also did something as a joke. 

However, I was ashamed of the thought that this behavior could have been difficult for the person involved.

And watching this speech, I was able to make a commitment not to do this in the future. 

If there's something I hate, I shouldn't do more to others. 

Also, I learned that small actions are a memory that can last a lifetime for others.
