I didn't expect anything from the beginning of the lecture, but I was surprised to hear that lecturer was not a good person when she was young. I thought all the speakers were great and nice, but she said she bullied a friend named Vicky when she was young. It would not be easy to reveal mistakes in front of strangers, so it was impressive to admit and accept her mistakes. Few people truly apologize because ordinary people are too busy covering up their own faults and do not admit it. But she recognized her mistake and looked around for a year to apologize to Vicky and eventually found her and apologized. Would I have been looking for an apology for a year? If it were me, I'd find a little and give up and just forget. She finally apologized and Vicky replied to her. Vicky's reply to try to change the perception of the world and have compassion, although past wrongdoings are unforgivable. I also realized that I should live a life of admitting my mistakes and apologizing. And I'll try to change the perception that I'm better than others. It was a great opportunity to reflect on my actions.
